Join educators from across California for a critical dialogue about the insurrection and riot at the U.S. Capitol. 

Building upon this fall's Election 2020 - Discord and Crisis series, this session will provide educators an opportunity to reflect on the events of January 6, 2021.  We will discuss both opportunities and difficulties for challenging white supremacy and reinforcing democratic processes through history instruction.  Finally, we will reflect upon the impact of different school contexts, and provide time for sharing of ideas and resources for all of our students.  

All interested educators are welcome.  There is no fee to participate in this discussion, but you must register.
