“Still Sun Mad” tackles historic and contemporary working conditions for farm workers by weaving together a visual analysis, scientific studies, and articles that center farmworker experiences and ancestral, Indigenous knowledge. 

“Community Health” challenges students to study the health of their neighborhood historically and in the present day utilizing geographic data, a scholarly text, an analysis of one of the Black Panther Party's community programs, archival images from the Library of Congress, and interviews with community members.
