Reimagining LatinX Narratives sponsored by the Latinos in Heritage Conservation and the UCLA-History Project

We will spend our collaboration time learning from public historians, archivists, and other educators to reimagine how and what we teach about the narratives of LatinX communities around us. Be ready for an interactive workshop full of resources, sample lessons, conversations, and an exploration of how we increase rigor and engagement as we learn about using GIS, local stories, and archival materials to connect to our students.
