June 16th - June 19th, 2026 - UC Berkeley holds a unique position in the history of Ethnic Studies as a discipline, and for our 4th consecutive summer the university will provide a special opportunity to high school educators who teach this course.
UC Berkeley faculty and librarians from the UC Berkeley Ethnic Studies Library will support educators with developing content and refining pedagogies for their courses. We plan on being joined by some special guest speakers while we collaborate to plan, and address some of the problems of practice that come with being a High School Ethnic Studies educator in California.
