The FAIR Act

FAIR Act: This session will feature an overview of the Fair Accurate Inclusive and Respectful Education (FAIR) Act, and explain how it is integrated into the new Framework.  Participants will learn about how LGBTQ history and identity has been incorporated into the grade-level chapters.  They will also be provided with examples of individuals, events, and trends that teachers can use to implement the FAIR Act.
