Taylor Wins Second Pulitzer Prize for History

alanLongtime CHSSP Faculty Adviser Alan Taylor has just won his second Pulitzer Prize for "The Internal Enemy: Slavery and War in Virginia, 1772-1832." In its announcement of his selection, Pulitzer described the work as, "a meticulous and insightful account of why runaway slaves in the colonial era were drawn to the British side as potential liberators."
